The first all-vegan grocery store in Arizona, a pair of Pilates studios, and a yoga studio are among recent retail deals closed by Bryant Commercial Real Estate (BCRE),a woman/minority-owned company.
BCRE's Vinny Summo negotiated a 25-month lease to bring Veggie Rebellion to a 1,400-square-foot storefront at 5717 W. Glendale Ave., in Glendale, Ariz.
"This is the beginning of a changing retail landscape,"Summo said. "The vegan food industry grew by $3.1 billion in one year."
