“It’s important to enhance the organization’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments,” she says. She is also responsible for closing new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
Deanna was born Waterbury, Conn., and raised in Chicago and Colorado. She holds B.S. and MBA degrees from Chadwick University in Alabama. Away from the office, Deanna enjoys cooking for her friends, reading, and traveling. She has traveled the world extensively, “experiencing new cultures. The best business advice she’s been given comes from her father: “Deanna, sit at the table like you belong – because you do.”
The best business advice she has to share: “Always pay yourself first; you need to stay financially strong to be able to keep going.”
